Is the word "disingenuous"?

For the Attorney General to claim he felt no pressure, with our forces and all their logistic support already ammassed in the desert, and with the Prime Minister of the Goverment of which he was a member beating the war drums, stretches credulity too far - beyond what is "reasonable".

There is no man that could have resisted that pressure if he could have found one shred of an argument to support his compliant decision. No man ... but one woman perhaps: she lost her job; but she kept her honour.

Hi Chris

Can you just send by just pressing reply the 2 emails I sent to you late last night - otherwise I have no record - and I'd pulled various bits of info together in them.

Mary -

We here at the Digest have no formal relationship with the Iraq Inquiry itself.

There is to be another stage of the Inquiry sometime in the summer (after the next General Election). The Digest is not aware of who is likely to be called then, other than three serving Cabinet members who have been excused appearance at this time. By all means feel free to contact the Inquiry with your suggestion, which we wholeheartedly support.

Their address is :

Iraq Inquiry,
35 Great Smith Street,
London
SW1P 3BG

They also have an online electronic submission form <a href="http://www.iraqinquiry.org.uk/contact/submission-form.aspx" rel="nofollow">here</a>.

Philippe Sands QC has not been invited to take part in the Inquiry. Surely this is an odd omission? Is it too late to request that he take part?
